2005: Earned a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the Military Medical Academy.
2011: Earned a Master’s degree in Health Management from Nagoya University, Japan.
2012: Earned a PhD in Epidemiology from the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology.

Consultant expert in Infection Control for numerous hospitals in Vietnam.
Lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health - Hanoi Medical University; successfully supervised 2 Master's theses.
Member of the Infection Control Expert Council of the Ministry of Health, directly involved in drafting regulations, guidelines, and policies for the Ministry of Health and Bach Mai Hospital.
Extensive experience in planning and implementing disease control activities for SARS, H5N1, Measles, and COVID-19 in Vietnam.
Author of over 30 articles published in domestic and international specialized journals.
