Continuing to promote the effectiveness of Vietnam-France cooperation
Speaking at the working session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Xuan Co highly appreciated the support of French colleagues in training and professional development, while emphasizing the deep impact of studying in France on many generations of Bach Mai doctors.

On this basis, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Xuan Co wished to continue promoting two-way expert exchanges: welcoming French experts to teach and provide professional support in Viet Nam; and at the same time creating favorable conditions for Bach Mai doctors, especially young doctors, to access practical environments in French hospitals.
Given Bach Mai Hospital's role in training and professional support for medical facilities across the country, the Hospital Director believed that the values from international cooperation can continue to spread to many localities, contributing to improving the quality of patient care and treatment.
Sharing about the orientation for high-tech development, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Xuan Co said that previous exchanges with Dr. Mădălina-Lidia Grigoroiu contributed to driving Bach Mai Hospital's investment plan for robotic surgery.
On behalf of AFVP, Dr. Mădălina-Lidia Grigoroiu highly valued the dynamism, dedication, and professional transformations of Bach Mai Hospital. The AFVP representative proposed combining long-term training programs with short-term observational and technical learning sessions, such as endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) and robotic surgery, tailored to the needs and experience of each individual doctor. For long-term training programs, French language preparation was identified as an essential requirement.
In addition to training, both sides expressed a desire to promote cooperation in scientific research and international publications, particularly in the field of oncology, based on combining the experience of AFVP experts with the professional strengths and clinical practice of Bach Mai Hospital.
