For stroke patients, continuous coordination among specialties, medical facilities, patients, and families is of particular importance. Following the acute treatment phase, controlling risk factors, adhering to treatment, and preventing recurrence are essential requirements to maintain treatment effectiveness, limit complications, and help patients gradually return to normal life.
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung noted that the cooperation should focus on enhancing preventive care capacity, supporting patients through digital tools, and developing training and research activities closely linked to practice. Technological solutions must be suitable for conditions in Viet Nam, easy to use, especially for the elderly and those with limited technological skills, while ensuring professional requirements, information safety, and data security.
