🔹 Tuberculosis (BCG)
👉 Recommended within the first month after birth
👉 Young children are at risk of severe forms such as tuberculous meningitis. Vietnam is among the 30 countries with the highest tuberculosis burden worldwide. Delayed vaccination after birth increases the risk of death from tuberculosis by 1.8 times.

🔹 Hepatitis B
👉 First dose within 24 hours after birth
👉 Infants often show few symptoms, but if infected at birth, up to 90% may develop chronic hepatitis B.

🔹 Rotavirus
👉 The leading cause of severe diarrhea in children under 5
👉 Can rapidly cause severe dehydration and shock if untreated

🔹 Meningococcal Disease

⚠️ Can cause meningitis, septicemia, shock, and purpura fulminans
