Strengthening a Growing Partnership
During the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Xuan Co expressed his pleasure in welcoming the delegation and emphasized that Bach Mai Hospital is a national tertiary referral hospital and a major training and technical transfer center within Vietnam’s healthcare system.

He acknowledged the effectiveness of the collaboration between the two institutions in recent years, highlighting the valuable professional support from Ajou University Hospital that has contributed to enhancing the clinical capacity of Bach Mai Hospital while also benefiting lower-level healthcare facilities across Vietnam.

The Director of Bach Mai Hospital expressed his hope that both sides will continue to expand comprehensive cooperation, particularly in high-technology medical fields such as organ transplantation and robotic surgery, which are key strengths of Ajou University Medical Center.

He also shared Bach Mai Hospital’s future development plans, including two strategic initiatives: the establishment of an International Medical Center and the upcoming operation of Bach Mai Hospital’s second campus. These projects aim to provide high-quality healthcare services to the public, including the growing Korean community living in Vietnam.

“Bach Mai Hospital hopes that Ajou University Medical Center will continue to accompany us in advanced training programs, high-quality human resource development, the transfer of advanced medical technologies, and expanded scientific research collaboration,”
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Xuan Co stated.

Toward Long-Term Strategic Collaboration
